Erlin Taylor, a local property manager with A&G Rental Management in Portland, has been awarded the Residential Management Professional designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). NARPM is a national organization that oversees professional development and ethical standards for residential property managers.
The RMP designation is awarded to experienced property managers who hold an active real estate or property management license and fulfill additional professional requirements. To achieve the RMP designation, property managers must attend conventions and conferences, complete intensive coursework, maintain high professional standards and receive recommendations from their peers. To maintain the designation, a property manager must continue to take classes in ethics and keep their licenses active.
Ms. Taylor has been a professional property manager since 1998, and she joined A&G Rental Management in August of 2008.
If you have any questions about the RMP designation or the services a property management company that belongs to NARPM can provide, please contact A&G Rental Management.
